Confessions of a Dead Poet were created while I went through some pretty rough times. I rearranged all these emotions and impressions I had back in those days, materialized them and shoved them into my work.
Centerpiece of that story is a nameless character who finds himself under water but doesn’t know why. At the beginning he’s still feeling numb and trying to figure out how this could happen, but soon starts to realize the significance of his situation and fights a desperate battle against laws of nature.
Although his falling into desperateness and his reemerging hope both are representing turning points, at the end of this reading, the audience is left behind with uncertainty.
